 unlight\, killing native plants.\nSo if you&rsquo\;d like to help rid th
 e Patpasco River of garlic mustard\, join the Patapsco Heritage Greenway
  for its annual Garlic Mustard Challenge.\nSunday\, May 6\, from 1 &ndas
 h\; 4:30 p.m.\, teams will compete to remove as much of the pesky herb a
 s they can. So far\, more than 15\,000 pounds have been removed thanks t
 o PHG and this popular event.\nRegister online (click &ldquo\;event regi
 stration&rdquo\;) and if you win &ndash\; either Most pounds pulled per 
 person or most per team &ndash\; you get a shot at the prize table\, whi
 ch will be stocked with goods donated by local businesses.\nWhen you reg
 ister\, include the group leader&rsquo\;s name\, any organizational affi
 liation\, number of volunteers and contact information for the group.\nR
 egistration is $1 per team and $5 per group\, but volunteers can come fo
 r free.\nAnd after you pull garlic mustard to your heart&rsquo\;s conten
