 lding their special &ldquo\;30th Anniversary Gala&rdquo\; on February 23
 \, 2013 from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm at the American Visionary Arts Museum\,
  Jim Rouse Visionary Center\, 820 Key Highway&nbsp\;Baltimore\, MD 21230
 .&nbsp\; Those in attendance will be families\, politicians\, business a
 nd non-profit leaders\, college/university staff\, mental health practit
 ioners who seek to eradicate the stigma of mental health.\n&nbsp\;\nA sa
 mpling of the evening&rsquo\;s features are an open beer and wine bar wi
 th an hors d&rsquo\;oeuvres reception followed by a seated dinner by Che
 f&rsquo\;s Expressions\, and a viewing of the &ldquo\;Through the Mind&r
 squo\;s Eye&rdquo\; Art Exhibit and Silent Auction where select pieces o
 f pottery\, jewelry\, sculpture\, and paintings will be displayed and so
 ld.&nbsp\; Live music will fill set a hopeful ambiance which will eventu
 ally lead to the presentation of the 2013 Opening Minds Award to the Hon
 orable Gale E. Rasin\, retired associate Judge\,&nbsp\;Baltimore City Ci
 rcuit Court. She will be recognized for her important work in establishi
 ng a&nbsp\;Mental Health Case Management Docket\, the first in Maryland.
  In addition\, we are hosting a Community Voices Committee\, including a
 mong others\, Mrs. Sylvia Mackey and City Council President Bernard &ldq
 uo\;Jack&rdquo\; Young. They will assist in illuminating the pervasivene
 ss of mental illness and motivate others to serve our worthy cause.
