Glen Mar United Methodist Church will hold its fifth annual Walk to Bethlehem on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 30, Dec. 1 and 2, 5 to 8 p.m., at the church, 4701 New Cut Road in Ellicott City. The public can drop in anytime between these hours and allow about 60 minutes to see the wondrous Christmas story. The event is free. Led by guides, attendees will journey through outdoor settings where actors will enact the events leading to and immediately after the Messiah’s birth. Following the outdoor theatrical production, attendees will go inside the church to sing carols led by Glen Mar choir members, as well as visit a temple scene and a marketplace as it looked in Jesus’ day.
