Yoga Now - This class will help you gain balance,
flexibility, core strength, overall body control, and relaxation skills. Our hour long class is ideal for first timers and beginner yoga enthusiasts and will help any athlete who wishes to perform better no matter the
sport.
Meets Rockburn Elementary, 6145 Montgomery Road, Elkridge, MD.
- Monday evenings 7:00 - 8:00 PM
- Teacher: Linda Randle
- Starts: January 23rd and for goes 8 weeks until March 19th (off on President's Day, February 20th)
- Cost is $40 or $60 for both classes - Wednesdays Cross-Core Training meets Elkridge Elementary.
- Body length exercise mat is required. Bring your own, or we have them on sale for $18.

Certified as a green school, Rockburn Elementary is located right next to the southern entrance to Rockburn Branch Park, off of Montgomery Rd. It has an active PTA and every month promotes a campus-wide character focus.
