The Y of Central Maryland is celebrating Valentine’s Day with Family Sweetheart Dance on Friday, February 8, at the Dancel Family Center Y. Participants will dance the night away with mom, dad or any other special person. Space is limited, so please register in advance and don’t miss this opportunity to join the Y for fun on the dance floor! The Family Sweetheart dance is FREE for Y members.

The Dancel Family Center Y in Ellicott City is one of the newest YMCAs in central Maryland. It has state of the art lifting equipment and machines. Each cardio machine has its own attached television and weight machines are linked to the Fitlinxx technology, which serves as a training assistant to help keep track of daily fitness routines and weight loss. The Y also has a rock-climbing wall, recreational pool, therapy pool, basketball court and much more.
