Join us for a spectacular evening in the grand new Miller Branch featuring The Natty Beaux, a silent auction, fine food, and bestselling author Lisa See with Ron Charles of the Washington Post.

Celebrity Bartenders are back by popular demand. Some of Howard County's favorite people will be pouring drinks for a limited time during the evening. Make sure to stop by to say hello to the bartenders including: Dick Story, Mickey Gomez, and Dennis Lane, then vote with your tips for the best bartender!

Cocktail attire. Masks and black tie optional.

Tickets are available for purchase January 6 by calling 410.313.7750, online, or at the door. Tickets are $100 until January 31 and $125 in February. Proceeds benefit the Library's educational initiatives, including A+ Partners in Education and Project Literacy.

Howard County Library System Charles E. Miller Branch & Historical Center opened Dec. 17, 2011. 

Three thousand feet of the 63,000 square foot library is home to the Howard County Historical Center and other local historical groups. 

Adjacent to the LEED-certified building is the Enchanted Garden, an outdoor teaching space complete with edible gardens, composting equipment and examples of more than 60 native species.

The library itself has 100 public computers, meeting rooms, audio/visual offerings and, of course, books.
