DESCRIPTION:Climate Change Initiative of Howard County will help issue a 
 wake-up call about the connection between our actions and climate change
  on Saturday\, May 5. As part of 350.org&rsquo\;s Connect the Dots day o
 f action\, communities around the world will call attention to the effec
 ts of climate change\, including melting glaciers\, droughts and eroding
  shorelines\, and the continuing subsidies for the fossil fuel industry.
  There will be &nbsp\;two events in Howard County that day\, each involv
 ing a group photograph with a large dot to post with others from around 
 the world on 350.org&rsquo\;s web page. These events are free and open t
 o the public.\n* At 10 a.m.\, the Columbia Association will highlight a 
 new solar energy project near the River Hill neighborhood pool. The publ
 ic is invited to meet at the solar array along Route 32 in River Hill. P
