The Public Service Commission is giving Ellicott City residents a chance to discuss concerns about BGE reliability in Ellicott City.
Case 9291 was opened as a response to a petition submitted by Cathy Eshmont on behalf of Reliability4HoCo.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in the Banneker Room at the George Howard Building.

BGE utility workers only need to access customers homes in gas or electrical emergencies.
