DESCRIPTION:This class is required for all Marylanders born after July 1\
 , 1972 in order to operate a registered vessel in Maryland waters.&nbsp\
 ; The course is taught by U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary instructors who are
  also certified by Maryland Natural Resources Police.&nbsp\; The course 
 covers the legal requirements of boating\, safety equipment requirements
 \, boat operation\, dealing with emergencies\, communication and basic n
 avigation.&nbsp\;Class is taught in a series of 4 sessions\, Mondays and
  Wednesdays starting on April 16\, April&nbsp\;30\, May 14 and June 11.&
 nbsp\; Participants must register prior to the date of the first class s
 elected.&nbsp\; Ages 12+ (under 16 must be accompanied by parent or guar
