Veterans Day Celebration at Ellicott Mills Brewing Co.

- Description: The Howard County Marine Corps League Detachment 1084 is inviting everyone to come out and celebrate and thank our veterans at Ellicott Mills Brewing Company.

- Description: Basic drumming techniques will be demonstrated for drummers with all ranges of experience.

St. Augustine's Church collection for military overseas
- Where:5976 Old Washington Rd, Elkridge
- When: Sat. Nov. 10, all afternoon and Sun. Nov. 11, all morning
- Description: St. Augustine's Church will be collecting goods for the Military serving overseas. Containers will be outside the church on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. See www.staugustinechurch.org under Sodality tab for listing of goods.

- Description: Vendors come together to show and sell holiday-themed home-décor crafts and gifts.

The Second Annual Longfellow Elementary School PTA Thanksgiving Dash thru the Path
- Where: 5470 Hesperus Dr, Columbia
- When: Saturday, Nov. 10, 9 a.m.
- Description: The Second Annual Longfellow Elementary School PTA Thanksgiving Dash thru the Path. Registration will start at 8:30 a.m. Please bring a canned good for a food drive donation.
- Cost: $1
- Where: Saturday, Nov. 10 11 a.m.
- When: 9411 Whiskey Bottom Rd, Laurel
- Description: This event connects teens 11-17 with leadership, volunteer and recreational programs.
- Cost: Free
- Where: US 1 Flea Market, 7540 Washington Blvd, Elkridge

- Description: Indoor-outdoor flea market includes everything from clothing to fowl.
