On Main Street late Friday afternoon, police were called in to direct traffic as a semi truck tried to back up, turn around, or do something to get into the parking lot of the Wilkins Rogers Flour Mill
After getting stuck on a curb, and with help from passers by, the driver was able to back up into the lot, turn around, and head out of Ellicott City.
