No Foul Play Suspected in Death of Person Near B&O Museum
A body was found in Ellicott City late Monday afternoon.
Howard County Police say there is no foul play suspected in the death of a person whose body was found in Ellicott City Monday.
A call came in to the police department at about 4:23 p.m. of a body found near the B&O Railroad Station Museum.
Police spokeswoman Sherry Llewellyn said that it was a drug-related death and there were no indications of foul play.
Earlier this week, police in Baltimore County police found the body of Janell Earlita Balogun, 33, in the woods of Oella, off of Frederick Road.
The medical examiner ruled Balogun's death a homicide.

This article makes no sense. It says there was no foul play suspected, but then ends by saying the death was ruled a homicide. Doesn't homicide mean foul play??

Read closer...they are referring to two different cases here. The earlier death was reported by Baltimore County Police...the homicide. The "no foul play" case was handled by Howard County Police. I agree..they should be a bit more clear on the details so we don't have to figure it out.
