Looking to Enjoy the Later Years: Dog of the Week

Hello there! My name is Omar and I’m from Baltimore. (Not to be confused with The Wire’s Omar – I could only hope to be that cool).

Some people want a specific breed, others a specific size.

Well, it would be hard to find a better true rescue than me! My sweet and charming personality saved me from a kill shelter and brought me to .

Even though I’m incredibly sweet and would make an excellent companion, I’m up there in age. I’m 10 years old and true to the meaning of my name Omar, long life, I look forward to wagging my tail for as long as I can. I also have a heart murmur and coupled with my age, finding me the right home is a long shot.
