Residential Property Coordinator
Responsible for maintaining safe and attractive housing for individuals with special needs. Responsibilities include scheduling and preparing for licensing inspections, reporting and coordinating repairs and the purchase and placement of furniture and household items. Must be organized, have some knowledge of minor home repairs, willing to work in a variety of settings and have good verbal and writing skills. Knowledge of the needs of disabled individuals a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license.
