Enjoy the weather at an outdoor concert. Tonight at 8:30, Tom Principato plays blues and roots rock at Centennial Park. Bring blankets and a picnic, or rent a boat and watch from the lake. A commission to study the Howard County Board of Education will have its first meeting tonight at 7 in the George Howard Building. The County Board of Education Study Commission will consider concerns expressed by residents about fair representation on the board.
