Discounts at Mall in Columbia this Weekend for Cancer Society Donations

Shoppers are encouraged to "Think Pink" this weekend, to help fight cancer and save some money.

 

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, more than 25 stores at the Mall in Columbia are offering special discounts to shoppers who donate to the American Cancer Society.

On Saturday and Sunday, mall visitors can visit Guest Services and make donations for cancer research. Those shoppers who "Think Pink" will receive a pink ribbon that will give them access to discounts on food, clothes, toys and more, according to a mall press release.

"The Mall in Columbia is proud to support breast cancer awareness and the American Cancer Society," said Michelle José, Marketing Manager for the mall. "Breast cancer is a disease that has touched most people in some way, and the American Cancer Society works tirelessly to find a cure."

The first 200 people to donate $20 or more will receive a "Think Pink" gift bag with free items and samples. Participating retailers include:
