Urban Threads, a modern drapery and bedding boutique, is hosting a Trunk Show on Thursday, Oct. 11, from 5-7:30 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center.

Items for sale will include colorful, patterned bedding, draperies and other home textiles.  Refreshments will be served, and attendees will receive gift bags.

Attendees are encouraged to bring gently used comforters, blankets and twin sheet sets to the event, and Urban Threads will deliver them to Grassroots for families receiving shelter services.
