Prom Perfection...everything needed to make prom perfection, a showcase of prom vendors from gowns to glam, from flowers to limos. This one of a kind event is being sponsored by Wessel's Florist and Ellicott City Weddings and Events; being held on Sunday, March 27 from 1pm - 4pm at Ellicott City Weddings and Events located at 8090 Main Street in Ellicott City.
