Attention plein air painters…the deadline has been extended  to April 30 to submit applications for Howard County Arts Council's Paint It! Ellicott City, a juried plein air paint-out, taking place from July 6–8 in Ellicott City’s picturesque historic district and culminating in a six-week exhibit in the Arts Council’s Gallery I.
