Leadership Howard County’s Premier Class recently focused a class session on “Overarching Issues in Our Community.”  Geographic regions were compared and contrasted and priorities and challenges were addressed by visiting community representatives during the regional assessment class activity.

Leading the discussion of Ellicott City was resident Cathy Smith, a coordinator for the Horizon Councils,  geographic-based advisory groups to The Horizon Foundation. Smith works with Jean Moon & Associates.
